Publication Ethics

Scholar Bridge Academic Publisher is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics. Our policies are based on the guidance published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and we expect authors, editors and reviewers to follow them.

Authors

  • Submit only original work that has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Cite the work of others correctly and obtain permission to reuse figures or tables.
  • List as authors only those who made a substantial contribution, and agree the author order before submission.
  • Declare funding sources and any conflict of interest.
  • Report data honestly; fabrication, falsification and image manipulation are misconduct.
  • Inform the editor promptly if you find a significant error in your published work.

Use of generative AI

AI tools cannot be listed as authors. If AI tools were used to prepare the manuscript (for example for language editing), describe how they were used in the acknowledgements. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all content.

Editors

  • Judge manuscripts only on their scholarly merit and relevance, without regard to the authors’ background.
  • Keep submissions confidential and declare any conflict of interest.
  • Ensure a fair and timely peer review, and give reasons for every decision.

Reviewers

  • Review objectively and constructively, and keep the manuscript confidential.
  • Decline the review if there is a conflict of interest or if the topic is outside your expertise.
  • Do not use unpublished material from a manuscript for your own work.

Misconduct, corrections and retractions

Concerns about plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication or authorship disputes are investigated by the editorial office following COPE flowcharts. Depending on the outcome, we may publish a correction, an expression of concern or a retraction. Contact: [ethics or editorial email].
